I noticed the road was a little rutting at the top of hill @ scottie mountain drive. Cov and restrictions say the fees are $350/year and no one is collecting the fees anymore or ever. the road is washed out and mud puddles to lots.Owner never had any fees collected. check zoning with Cherokee county and state prior.
